About the Event
These workshops are an opportunity to increase your self-awareness to help you live your best life.
This workshop is for women only.
In a supportive and encouraging group coaching environment you will learn about the scientifically proven benefits of gratitude to improve psychological and physical health, as well as how to start your own daily gratitude practice. We will cover topics including: how an “attitude of gratitude” supports your psychological and physical health, common barriers to being grateful, why gratitude is a skill that anyone can learn, even if you don’t currently feel grateful, different ways to practice gratitude in your everyday life. ... and more! Each week will be dedicated to a specific topic. This week you will learn how to identify and celebrate your core skills. Each session includes time for discussion about your personal gratitude practice including successes and blocks, feedback and self reflection. You will be prompted by your facilitator to set weekly wellbeing goals related to gratitude, and to share your progress in the group.
