About the Event

Do you love writing but don’t have the time or lack the confidence to get started? Do you want to develop your writing practice to support your wellbeing (e.g. reflective journalling, writing your story)? If so, try a one-to-one writing for wellbeing coaching session with LOVO trainer and published writer, Aline Duriaud. The session is an opportunity to get clarity about - and to set - writing goals, and receive feedback on your writing. It also provides accountability in the form of writing assignments, and information on helpful resources to support and develop your writing practice. To make the most of your session please bring a few ideas about what you want to write to your session.

Sarah R. All sessions take place via Zoom. About the coach Aline Duriaud is a jeweller, artist, writer and mental health advocate. She has published art criticism and reviews for various international publications and catalogues. Her short fiction has been published by the Whitney Museum. She currently freelances as a digital content creator and editor for Mental Health News Radio Network, the world’s largest dedicated mental health content related media network. Aline writes and produces her own podcast, Beyond the Borderline, in the iTunes top 100 list of mental wellbeing podcasts. She has co-facilitated a creative and reflective writing workshop for MIND and she is passionate about the benefits of creativity on mental and emotional health.
